Welcome to the Bay Horse, York

The Bay Horse is in the centre of York, a ten minute walk from the railway station. We are next to the Museum Gardens and a few paces from the Marygate Landing of the River Ouse.

We offer visitors a warm welcome, good, freshly-prepared traditional pub food, a choice of real ales and wines and superbly appointed recently refurbished accommodation.

The Bay Horse is situated in a quiet location adjacent to the Museum Gardens, a few paces from the River Ouse Marygate landing and 10 minutes walk from the railway station.

There’s ample pay and display parking to the rear and short term parking to the front.
